E-mail name changes

If a ticket is issued for a name change on an e-mail account, imap server settings will be checked and updated. If the name hasn't changed in the client, (such as Outlook), that will have to be addressed by the individual. When issuing the ticket please include the correct spelling of the full name and the e-mail address for the name change. If help is needed in changing the name in Outlook, please refer to the attachment below. Also if one is feeling daring they can create their own signature just follow the instructions in the appropriate attachment.
