Locked Out Of E-mail Account

If Outlook or the Windows Mail app is complaining about needing a login password just submit a ticket with the person's name and e-mail address. Also the workstation name or the program that it is in, same applies with laptops. If the machines are left on, the changes can be done remotely. While one is waiting they should be able to check their emails on their ZenCloud account. Please do not try to change your password or add another device, (such as a personal phone or tablet), as two factor authentication will not allow these changes.
